COMMUNICATION SKILLS AND PERCEIVED STRESS OF NURSING STUDENTS DURING FIRST CLINICAL EXPERIENCE

Aim: To evaluate the relationship between communication skills and perceived stress of nursing students during first clinical experience. Methods: The cross-sectional descriptive study was conducted with 225 over period February 2018 June 2018. compared following criteria: willing to participate in study, being Communication Skills Scale, Perceived Stress Individual Identification Form were used for collecting data. Findings: It showed that students’ level high moderate. There a weak positive correlation stress. Conclusion: Considering is moderate high, this result can be considered as outcome. Effective are needed minimize experienced practice.
